Anissa has been working with the Will County Emergency Telephone System since July 2019. Her responsibilities as part of the Helpdesk include support of the various application such as Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), Electronic Patient Care Reporting (ePCR), and reporting programs that PSAP’s, Police departments, and Fire departments use to perform their duties. Other responsibilities include on-site support of various Will County 9-1-1 equipment at the PSAP’s in the county.
Before working for the Will County Emergency Telephone System, she was an External Information Systems Auditor for a small CPA firm.
Her education includes a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (Enterprise Systems) and a minor in Business Administration from Georgia Gwinnett College in 2018.
Adam has worked for the Will County 9-1-1 Emergency Telephone System since August 2020. His responsibilities as part of the helpdesk staff include the troubleshooting of it’s systems in various degrees for all the PSAPS’s, Police Departments and Fire Departments in our 9-1-1 system.He also serve as one of the after hours support technicians.
Before joining the Will County 9-1-1 team, he was an intern at the Will County Sheriff’s office in the IT department.
His education includes an Associates in applied science, in computer information systems and network security from Joliet Jr. College
