Mike has worked for the Will County 9-1-1 Emergency Telephone System since September of 2017. His responsibilities as part of the helpdesk staff include the troubleshooting of its systems in various degrees for all the PSAPS’s, Police Departments and Fire Departments in our 9-1-1 system.He also serve as one of the after hours support technicians.
Anissa is the newest member of the HelpDesk Team. She has been working with the Will County Emergency Telephone System since July 2019. Her responsibilities as part of the Helpdesk include support of the various application such as Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), Electronic Patient Care Reporting (ePCR), and reporting programs that PSAP’s, Police departments, and Fire departments use to perform their duties. Other responsibilities include on-site support of various Will County 9-1-1 equipment at the PSAP’s in the county.
Before working for the Will County Emergency Telephone System, she was an External Information Systems Auditor for a small CPA firm.
Her education includes a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (Enterprise Systems) and a minor in Business Administration from Georgia Gwinnett College in 2018.
