MEETING CHANGE NOTICE
Please be advised the Will County 9-1-1 Emergency Telephone System Board Committee meetings have been changed.
The Technology Advisory Committee meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 10, 2010 – 2:00 p.m., at the 9-1-1 Administration Building, 2561 Division St., Joliet, IL 60435.
The other committee meetings have been changed also. The meetings will be held on Wednesday, February 17, 2010 at the 9-1-1 Administration Building at the following times:
11:00 a.m. - Long Range Planning
12:00 p.m. - Personnel
1:00 p.m. - Finance & Equipment

The Will County 9-1-1 System Office supports and manages the administration of the county-wide Enhanced 9-1-1 system.
When the Enhanced 9-1-1 emergency service system was initiated in Will County in December of 1992, residents like you received the latest, most effective technology available. But like all state-of-the-art technology, the Enhanced 9-1-1 system is only as good as the people who manage it.
The Will County 9-1-1 System recognizes that its greatest assets are the women and men who serve your community each day. You can be assured that 24 hours a day, seven days a week, highly trained and dedicated professionals will respond to your emergency situation. When seconds count, these professionals and Enhanced 9-1-1 will speed up the process between your call and when you receive emergency aid. Serving the more than 500,000 Will County residents, this Enhanced 9-1-1 system is one of the largest operating in Illinois.
